BASIC BOOT CAMP 101

Get instruction on basic strength training and boot camp movements to maximize your results and avoid injuries so that you can keep working out towards your dream body! We will start with fundamental movements and then incorporate the use of different resistance equipment so that you can transition into our other Boot Camp classes with confidence.

Boot Camp Strong! encourages participants to increase resistance to elicit strength gains in a
H.I.I.T based workout. Combining Boot Camp Strong! with our higher repetition based Boot Camp Fit will bring forth muscular and strength development worthy of the Greek gods!

BOOT CAMP CORE & CARDIO

This H.I.I.T based cardio and core circuit class combines the core training and cardio intervals to chisel your abs and burn the flab!  If you are looking to push yourself to the limit and leave drenched in sweat, then this is the class for you!

BOOT CAMP W UPPER BODY BLAST

H.I.I.T based fat-burning calorie-consuming total body workout with added emphasis on your back and chest! We keep your fitness moving forward with “muscle confusion” as it integrates all the necessary components of fitness into ONE WORKOUT including strength, cardio, and flexibility. And as in all our Shape UP! classes, it deliver camaraderie at its best with great group dynamics!

BOOT CAMP W LOWER BODY BLAST

This fast paced fat-burning calorie-consuming total body H.I.I.T. workout with added emphasis on your legs and butt! We keep your fitness moving forward with “muscle confusion” as it integrates all the necessary components of fitness into ONE WORKOUT including strength, cardio, and flexibility. And as in all our Shape UP! classes, it deliver camaraderie at its best with great group dynamics!

                   TRX SUSPENSION TRAINING

 

Born in the Navy SEALs, Suspension Training bodyweight exercise develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. Even while working arms or legs, Suspension Training constantly challenges your core for a true total-body workout. You will burn fat, develop ab muscles you never knew you had, increase your functional strength, and achieve flexibility to keep you healthy and active. And Shape UP! kicks it up to add the body sculpting-calorie burning dimension with HIIT (high intensity interval training) to rev up your metabolism and burn fat and calories!
